1. Return window
If you change your mind, you may return any printed guide or card set within 30 calendar days of delivery. The 30-day window begins on the day your parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier.
2. Condition of returned items
Returned items should be in their original condition, with no significant marks, folds, or writing. We understand small signs of careful handling and we are reasonable about them. Please pack the items so they arrive safely.
3. How to start a return
To begin a return, write to us through the contact page with your order details. We will reply with a short confirmation, the return address, and any extra details you need.
4. Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or was sent in error. If the studio is at fault, we cover the return shipping in full and arrange the simplest possible solution.
5. Refunds
Once your parcel arrives and we have checked the items, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within ten working days. You will receive a confirmation message when the refund is on its way.
6. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, please write to us within seven days of delivery with a brief description and a photograph if possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
7. Items not eligible for return
For hygiene and quality reasons, gift wrapping and small consumable extras included with some orders cannot be returned. The main guides themselves are always eligible within the return window.
8. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, please write to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to stop the parcel and issue a full refund if it has not already left the studio.
